PF Chang’s China Bistro Gluten Free Menu
P.F. Chang’s China Bistro provides the public with a menu of their gluten free options. In my opinion, P.F. Chang’s is one of the best restaurants offering a gluten free menu. They have a huge selection and every staff member that I have talked to had a good knowledge of what gluten is and the steps to avoid cross contamination. My wife was diagnosed with celiac disease in 2009. She was told by her doctor, "You have celiac disease, go home and read about it on the internet because you can learn more there than I can tell you."
