My wife was diagnosed with celiac disease in 2009. She was told by her doctor, "You have celiac disease, go home and read about it on the internet because you can learn more there than I can tell you." She called me at work and said, "I have celiac, look it up and see what it is." And so began our gluten free life. We quickly suffered from gluten free information overload.
